Across every tenant, whether or not you are a member. Metadata only — names, owners, counts and dates. Nothing anybody said in a meeting is here, and every listing is recorded in the audit log against your name.

You are not a platform administrator.

The flag is granted by hand to a named person and confers no access to any Room's contents. If you need it, ask for it — it is not something this page can give you.

Platform administration is what lets somebody see this page. It confers no access to any Room's contents — an administrator who needs to read a Room joins it like anybody else. Grants and revokes are written to the audit log against your name, and so are refusals.

A Room's own roles — who owns it, who is a member — are set where its people are: My Rooms → People.
