This is how your name appears in your Rooms, meeting records and team workspace.

Your details

Display name Email address

Changing your email re-keys your person record, so it is done by an administrator rather than here.

Job title Organisation Phone

Title, organisation and phone appear in your data export and beside your name to people who already share a Room with you. Leave any of them blank to remove it.

Notifications

Both are on unless you turn them off. Only these two are choices — the emails that ask for your consent, confirm a registration, or give you a way into the workspace are not sent on a preference.

Tell me when a meeting in one of my Rooms starts The joining link, sent as it begins. Remind me about actions I own Due soon, then overdue. Turning this off silences the email; the action stays open and stays late.

Your voice

A voiceprint is biometric data under the NDPA 2023. It is optional: meetings are transcribed either way, and without it your turns appear unnamed until somebody labels them.

Withdrawal deletes the recordings of your voice outright — it does not hide them. Meetings already transcribed and attributed keep their record; ask an administrator if you want that erased too.
